Account Coordinator
Position Description
About AlbumHealth:
The AlbumHealth® system offers the only clinically-validated platform that leverages technology to enable professionals to deliver precise, personalized programs that measurably improve health outcomes while reducing cost. Our system utilizes a health Album Health Coach and mobile app-based intelligent technology to allow participants to increase specific daily health behaviors (Personalized Behavior Plan)., and we improve the health of participants suffering from chronic conditions. Participants increase health behaviors on the four platforms essential to overall health: Medical, Nutritional, Exercise, and Emotional Health. Participants take our initial assessments and meet with an AlbumHealth Album Health Coach to develop a Personalized Behavior Plan (PCP), and download the AlbumHealth app to indicate daily compliance with health behaviors. Based on the participant’s conditions, evidence-based health behaviors are applied from industry-standard sources (Centers for Disease Control, World Health Organization, Mayo Clinic, etc.). AlbumHealth also offers a proprietary Emotional Health Program™, delivered through online eLearning modules, in order to help participants increase their emotional health.
Behavior Plan Coaches are certified by AlbumHealth to work in our system after successfully completing our online eLearning modules. Our coaches are have specialized and advanced training in Emotional Health conditions and interventions. Coaches work within our web interface to monitor participant compliance, communicate with participants through text messaging, and maintain records of contact with participants. Participants are able to utilize the AlbumHealth app to record daily compliance, interact with their Album Health Coach, report progress on goals, and take our various surveys. The AlbumHealth app and the Advisor web interface allow for HIPAA-compliant communication and data storage.
The AlbumHealth system has been shown to reduce chronic conditions such as Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Hypertension, and many others through increasing positive daily health behaviors. The system creates increased engagement and compliance with health behaviors and reduces health costs.
About the Position:
Account Coordinators (AC) provide personalized support to Behavior Plan Coaches, Clients, and Participants. Throughout the program, they manage the logistics of connecting participants to their Behavior Plan Coaches, encourage selected participants to engage in the program, and provide timely status updates to clients. The AC also acts as the clerical member of the clinical team, utilizing data management strategies to track participant involvement, and maintaining requirements for different client wellness programs. Each day, the AC has an opportunity to perform both administrative and customer service functions.
Account Coordinators are often the first line of communication for clients or participants with questions, coordinating personnel and resources to resolve issues. They are a trusted source of information. Positive interactions with an AC have the ability to strengthen Client Relationships.
The AC is an integrated part of our clinical team. Although they perform different functions than Behavior Plan Coaches, the positions are interdependent to meet our client and participant needs. AlbumHealth promotes a collaborative understanding of success, and an engaged AC is necessary for that collaboration to occur.
Typical job duties include but are not limited to:
- Track Participant engagement and other relevant information
- Receive communication from clients and participants, connecting them with other personnel as appropriate.
- Manage logistics of participant engagement, including assigning coaches and onboarding them into the program
- Gather data from relevant sources for client updates or internal data processing
- Provide feedback on participant experience to improve product

Clinical Strategy and Product Development
For our internship in Clinical Strategy and Product Development, the intern will have the opportunity to:
- Participate in weekly team meetings and trainings
- Collaborate with the Clinical and Product Teams
- Learn about employer health/wellness strategies and integrations
- Assist in products focused on delivering clinical and financial outcomes in employer settings
- Engage in data analysis for assessing program effectiveness
- Engage in research with large universities
- Work with the AlbumHealth Clinical Team to help develop and implement strategies
Ideal candidates will be in majors focused on strategies that promote health including health promotions, health administration, psychology, public health, etc.

Data Science and Health Analytics
For our internship in Data Science and Health Analytics, the intern will have the opportunity to:
- Engage in quantitative research in the health solutions space
- Analyze data related to health outcomes, health spending, and overall health activity
- Gather and integrate data in a data warehouse

- Develop data/research strategy and contribute to related clinical solutions

Ideal candidates will be in IT-related majors such as MIS, computer science, health technology/analytics, actuarial science, etc. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in health technology.
